PEAK University | An overview

PEAK University is your one-stop platform to stay up to date with our policies and procedures. Take training at your own pace and find detailed procedures that will assist you with your daily needs.

Ensure you and your assistants always follow the most-up-to date procedures and are aware of any changes by getting into the habit of logging into PEAK University every day. PEAK University is a work in progress with more content coming in the next few months. In addition to training materials, a knowledge and procedure database called the Knowledge Centre will be added in a future PEAK University update.

Our courses are designed from a learning and training perspective and you will be able to refer to the Knowledge Centre for forms and documentation. The Knowledge Centre will present step-by-step procedures as well as links to documents, forms and paperwork.
