Navigation tabs and alerts

Here we have an overview of all navigation tabs and the alerts of the Akila 2.0 program.
The navigation tabs are ways for you to search for information in the Akila 2.0 program on your clients, their accounts, and the product shelf of PEAK.

We will see further in this document, all the actions you will be able to perform within your clients and their accounts.

All the Alerts you have subscribed to in your User Preferences and Alerts window will appear at the bottom of your screen. It is important to review all your alerts, especially at your first log-on, to get used to the overnight jobs that will occur, to review any change of status for your transactions. Alerts will also advise you GIC maturities and other similar types of alerts.

To see all your Alerts, click on the Display All Alerts Button, in the bottom right corner of your screen.

The first two tabs (Clients & Accounts) will help you to do searches on your clients, either by name or by PEAK account number. If you have more than one advisor code, or you are a Branch administrator, the default will be to perform a search for all advisor codes.

On the Client Search Tab, the default, if you didn’t change it in the User Preferences and Alerts window, will also be to perform the search on all types of clients (Associate, Client, Prospect) and for all status (Active, Inactive).
