Up to this moment, the only item we have detailed on the Action drop-down list was the User Preferences and Alerts. We will now describe all the other items in that list.

Book of Business
Akila 2.0 enables advisors to view their entire client book in a concise and efficient manner using the “Book of Business” tool. To begin viewing the “Book of Business” choose the option in the “Action” menu as shown below:

As a default, Akila 2.0 will list clients in decreasing order of the total client Market Value. You may sort the list by cash available value, mutual fund values, Equities, Fixed income, by clicking on the column title as shown below:

The “Book of Business” tool allows users to view their client book in a variety of different ways. To select an available tool, use the scroll down menu as shown below:

Below you will find several features of the “Book of Business” tool:
Client Demographics:
An advisor may wish to view the demographics of his/her client base. Age and gender of the client base is clearly illustrated below:

Account Designation Statistics:
An advisor can also view the breakdown between Client Name, Nominee (self-directed PEAK) and Third Party accounts held.

Account Type Statistics:
The client book can also be broken down into types of accounts.

Historical Market Values:
You can also view in one easy screen the market value fluctuation of top clients.

Mutual Fund Company Summary/Detail:
You may view the breakdown of assets held at various fund companies.

By clicking on the Fund Company name you will be able to see the breakdown by funds.
Systematic Plan information:
You can also view the total dollar value of PACs and SWPs:

Prior Day’s Activity:
This action will allow you to see, at a glance, all the activities that occurred on the last business day.
Upcoming Events:
Akila 2.0 allow you to efficiently track and view upcoming GIC maturities. The “Upcoming Events” function can display all maturities within the next 30 days.
To access the list of maturities, in the “Action” scroll down menu, select “Upcoming events”.
The resulting screen lists the client account, the date of maturity, the security maturing, the quantity and the amount. You can access and view a client plan directly from this screen.

Add Person, Add Company:
Those actions will be disabled to you for the moment. These actions are managed by Head Office.
