Login to Akila 2.0 program

When joigning PEAK, you’ll be assigned a user ID and a temporary password.

This will be your main screen when logging in:

When connecting for the very first time, you will have to change your password in order to create your own, y clicking on the Change password button.

After typing your User Name and password, you will be able to choose which language, English or French, you want to use in Akila 2.0.

At any moment after that, you can go to the User Preferences and Alerts TAB and change your user/password information if needed.

Please note that your new password must comply with PEAK’s Security Policy. Your new password must contain at least one capital letter, one small letter, one number and be 8 characters or more.

Click the Change button first, to register your password change and then click the Close button at the bottom right of the window.

If the interactive window does not appear, go to the Action drop-down menu and select User Preferences and Alerts and follow the steps above.

Sometimes, your screen resolution is not adjusted properly and instead of viewing the menu as above, you can have a different view where the Action drop-down menu is hidden like below:

If this happens, your will need to change your screen resolution or web browser resolution (zoom).
