Please note that as a dealer, we are not supposed to hold cash in a client name account, as the cash should be in the hands of the fund company. Therefore, we are asking you to do a purchase immediately after you’ve deposited money in the account.
For deposit for a Client Name Account either by cheque or EFT deposit (One Time EFT), simply enter the amount of the cheque or of the EFT Transfer into the Amount received section. For EFT Transfer then select the banking information in the Bank-Transit-Account # section. Then click the Submit Now button at the bottom of the screen.
For Open, TFSA and RRSP accounts, no additional instructions will be requested upon submitting your deposit.
For RESP (Individual or Family) you will have the following error message:

Just press the Close button, and the following window will pop-up with or without information.
Just let the window appear and press the Submit Now button.

Review your transaction, and confirm your deposit. Before the last confirmation screen, if you see 2 lines of information, as below, cancel the order and re-do.
