By clicking on one of the client’s account lines, the system will automatically bring you to the Account Overview screen.

In the Account Overview screen, starting at top, there are two drop-down lists. The first one is the Related accounts drop-down list, that will allow you to switch between accounts. The second one is the More drop-down list where you will find the following options.

In that drop-down list you will find the Account Notes, and other information on your client account.
On the Account Overview Screen, the Cash balance at Trade Date and Settlement Date will be displayed, as well as other information. For Margin accounts, this is were you will find all the Margin information at a glance.
You will also be able to see the information from the active KYC at a glance. In the Holdings Section, the first tab is the Holdings List for this account, and the second tab is the transaction list for that account. Please note that the default is to show you all holdings. If you want to see only the Active Holdings, change the setting in the drop-down list beside the two tabs.
Action buttons:

After the drop-down list you will have several action buttons, depending on the type of account you are looking.
The first one will be the Print Portfolio. Note that this will produce a Portfolio Report for the entire client and not a Portfolio Report for only the account you are looking at.
For Margin Accounts you will have a Guarantee/Guarantor action button.
The next one will be the Fees button that will allow you to overview the fee code (Prospera or Trustee fee code) attached to the account as well as past fees on this particular account.
Depending of the type of account, you may then see the PAC and the SWP buttons. Those will allow you to overview the PAC and SWP information.
The last action buttons are for New Order for this account, Order Status for this account and Transfers.
