You will find a “Feedback” tab at the top of the PEAK University platform. Please use this form to send us your ideas and comments.
The platform is open to all advisors and assistants. Everyone can view trainings and information on policies and procedures.
For now, the platform only features a single, optional basic training. This fall, we will be adding trainings focused on new MyPEAKonline features and on the Client Focused Reforms. Afterwards, we will gradually add content until all of our training content is hosted on the platform.
Mandatory trainings will be offered on the platform, which will make monitoring easier.
We invite you to let us know which content you would like to see first!
For your PACE coach, send an email to your coach directly. If you are unsure who your PACE coach is, contact our service team at 514 844 6000 or service@peakgroup.com and they will put you in contact.
Trainers are not currently available. Please refer to your PACE coach.
Detailed step-by-step procedures will be available in the next update of PEAK University and new content will be uploaded periodically.
All trainings are available under the My Courses page, in the top menu. If you are looking for a specific training, use the search bar.
Your training certificates are available under My Account page, in the top menu.
Currently no certificates are available, as none of the current courses give any certificate at completion.
Some trainings will allow you to earn continuous training credits or certificates of achievements upon completion. This will be mentioned in the description.
Our course contain links, images and video that cannot be translated dynamically by computer. For this reason all courses and their content are translated manually and are considered as different courses by the platform.
Do not worry, if you complete a course in French or in English, our staff takes it in consideration!
